Further Photos from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic US Lawmakers
Site plans for Epstein's private tropical island featured within the photographs.
Also featured in this recent document disclosure is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had formulated plans to develop the sprawling island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.
Marked on the plan is a local waterway, a strait in the territory, marked on the bottom right.
The site plan is annotated in red pen markings and includes a legend identifying distinct parts of the land.
Alongside this are what look to be several other property layouts and engineering blueprints, featuring plans for boat shelters.
Additional images disclosed as part of the current investigative disclosure.
